Kevin is one of the best service advisors at Sierra. I've tried other advisors there before and they were either mediocre or below standards. Kevin has been very consistently exceptional with his customer service and I will definately be returning with Kevin as my advisor.

I had to wait 45 minutes after the time I was told my car would be ready. Then, I wasn’t contacted when it was done. When I went to the office the service rep helping me was apparently at lunch. It seemed as though the other reps wanted me to wait, but did help me. I had told my rep that the check enigine light comes on then off randomly. He said he would have it check. I was told the service rep noted the check engine light was on and that it would cost me an additional $100 to do additional diagnostics. No, I’m not at all satisfied.

Tina Ming is nothing less than AWESOME. She is my preferred Sevice advisor.
