Kevin did a excellent service but the people who bring the car, the lady and the young guy was the worst customer service, first she lost the key of my car and and show me bad attitude, and the young guy I don’t know why he is working over there, no customer service, bad attitude and he doesn’t react the people, I was very disappointed, I told Kevin but he didn’t do nothing about it. I very unhappy and I don’t know if I coming back and no recommend it.

My appointment was at 11:00am. I pulled up to the service driveway at 11:10 and was checked in at 11:17am. My vechile remainded parked for 2 hours and 30m. The reason I know this is because I have the iPhone maps notification alerting me where and when my car is parked. Having that said my car was returned to me at 2:04pm. It took almost 3 hours to do regular basic maintenance on my vechile. I was annoyed and flustered. I spoke to Tina regarding the situation and even she confirmed that my vechile had not been touched for the first two hours. I as a customer find that upsetting as its also a complete waste of my time. I also show up and I’m told that lunch is from 11:30-12:30, it baffles me how I was given an appointment at 11am when they knew that during that hour no one would be available to service my vechile.
