Kevin Eng provided excellent service. 10/10. Would recommend. The service was also completed very quickly and in the timeframe Kevin gave me when I arrived. Overall very pleased.
I was a little disappointed with the quality of the waiting area. It appeared run down. The broken flat screen TV which only provided an image on half of the screen made me wonder if the dealership was undergoing financial stress and possibly insolvent.

I was told the part I needed would be there early in the morning and it wasn’t. I wasted a whole day and have to come back in the future when the part arrives. Billy was polite and he did provide a ride home and back which I appreciated. Not sure who to blame for the failure of the part shipping. At the same time my one week old car won’t pass the smog test. Im told I have to drive it around more. I would think driving it from AZ to CA would be sufficient. Had to buy in AZ in an emergency situation. Hoping all gets settled soon. I’ve been Honda owner many years.
