I am completely happy with service that Cynthia provided. However, when I first arrived at your service department, I was greeted by another associate, Vince Tran. After I explained my oil leakage issue that I have been having, he immediately told me that it is completely normal for new cars and that should not be a problem. I just found that a little unprofessional that he made a such suggestion without even examining my car. So, I went ahead and talked to my agent, Kenneth Chan. Then he introduced me to Cynthia Vecchiato. After I explained my issue to Cynthia, she suggested that it is better to put in a work order and have technicians take a look at my car. As a result of that work order, a transmission pressure switch O ring leakage was found and fixed. I really appreciate that Cynthia took that initiative to submit the work order for me. She definitely provided a good service that was much needed. Thank you .

I was satisfied with the technician and the work. I observed him while he was conducting my oil change. He cleaned the drain area and performed the multi point inspection. However, the sticker for the next service was not changed, and when I went back to ask for it I was treated as if it was such a big problem for a sticker to be replaced. I have gone about three times to this dealership now, and the service has been mediocre. The techs are good, but the people in the office can use some customer service training.
