I am aware that most places rely on technology to reach out to their clients. However, when your client informed you that they will be waiting at the service lounge area, it would be nice to have someone tell me in person. Days are gone when service centers actually provide personal service. No one even bothered to check if I needed water or coffee. When I bought he car on the other hand, I had everyone's undivided attention. I guess you are in the business of selling cars and not keeping your clients come back for service.
