Car service was excellent - had to wait a long time for the shuttle to my house. Shuttle driver was courteous and efficient. I was one of four passengers in the van he had to drop off. Seems as if the number of complimentary shuttles was cut back why?

Was not able to get the diagnostic information in a timely manner. Never recvd a call regarding needing brakes and tires. Had to stand in cashier line twice because my paperwork was not there. Also they had some problem locating my car.

As always Eric **** at Sierra Honda is awesome, he's always willing to assist me on any of my car needs. I called Sierra Honda and spoke with Eric. I told him I need new battery and I needed it today, he said come on by and he even arrange to have Robert, which drives the shuttle van (who is awesome too), take me back to work and pick me up when my car was ready. I really was happy that everyone was very accommodating. I was really frustrated when my battery died and I needed to buy a new one right away so it was nice to know that Sierra Honda are really the helpful Honda dealers!!!????????????
