Eric, is an asset to Honda because he is professional. His customers are valued above the bottom line. My warrant is over in October, but I will continue bring my car to Honda for service because of Eric's professional behavior.

Wasn't given much information on what was being done the car. Even though I took it in for an oil change. But if there were extra things done for this particular oil change. Asked to get my car washed. When I got in to leave, noticed on passenger side of car, it was wet inside the car. Passenger window was not closed all the way and water dripped into the car.
