When I set up the appointment the lady told me I needed to clean out the trunk but never told me the gas tank needed to be below 1/2 Consequently, when I brought the car in I was told they couldn’t do the service because I had too much gas. This caused a lot of wasted time and trouble for me. I set another appointment and everything went fine but you need to train your staff. This is not the first problem I’ve had if this before I could go on and on. Train your staff.

Hi, I arrived at the dealership and was approached by an employee asking if I had an appointment and what services were needed on my car. He was pleasant and took down my appointment time and the services requested. However, I waited about 20 minutes and had to approach two people before I was finally helped. Though the service received was great and the staff was very friendly, I would have appreciated being given a timeframe for when I’’d be approached by an employee. I understand being busy but I was sitting in my car for 20 minutes wondering if anyone knew that I was present for my appointment. Two other cars who arrived after me were approached and serviced before mine. I almost left the establishment but I asked an employee for assistance and he was very kind. He apologized for the inconvenience and made certain that my car was serviced right away.
