The fob is not recognized by the car and loses connection. I took it in on Saturday the parts and service reps said they were going to replace the push start button because this is a known problem and Honda issued a recall. However, when I took it in Billie said there was no recall for this issue and said there is nothing wrong with the car. Nothing was changed or fixed. Also, I mentioned that the AC/Air system smelled like cigarettes. I asked for the filters to be replaced seeing that I just bought the car. They wanted to charge me, however they did, at no cost to me, simply masked the smell by adding a scent to the system.Billie seems nice enough,but the issue is that nothing was resolved.
