Adam is an excellent service technician, he saw the agony and desperation in my eyes when I showed up with out an appointment and with a strange noise in my front wheels. Extra charges without calling to ask first, not a lot of money but still would appreciate a heads up. Was going to pay with my credit card until he typed my typed credit card info into computer. Not a good idea, why don’t you have a credit card machine so my number is private. I opted to pay in cash and asked that my number be deleted from the computer. I hope it was. I’ve used Sierra for years and have always been satisfied but sad to say this was not up to your standards.
