I don't like that I had to pay 150 dollars for the technician It should it been cover by the factory warranty. What's the point of having factory or extended warranty if it's not going to cover the service. I have 3 Hondas and feel that it's going to be last one. I feel ripped off because I'm paying extended warranty on 2 car that I'm probably never going to use after this experience.

I arrived on time for my 745 appointment. Was made to wait 15 minutes before being waited on. Rep tried to charge $150 for a service that I received a coupon for the previous day for $75. Then tried to rationalize that the multi point inspection is completely different for the higher priced service. I am not stupid and should not be treated as such.
