They refused to repair my tire with a nail in it. They said because it was rated a 3 they could not patch it. But they were happy to sell me some new tires. The filled it extra high and I took my 2017 Honda (last few months of the lease) to my mechanic, in justa couple of minutes had it patched. Oh, they had me waiting an hour (knowing I had to get to work) before starting anything.
