The shuttle took an hour and a half to give me a ride after I left my car and I was the only person waiting for it. Also I had to call 5 times this afternoon from 2-5:15pm to see if my car was ready to pickup and was then told the shuttle wouldn't pick me up after 5pm so I had to take an Uber. I was pretty unsatisfied about all of that.

Was quoated approximately 2 hours for a diagnostic when I checked my car in at 8:20. Took until 13:45 for the diagnostic with me calling for an answer. Was quoted then 2 hours for my car to be fixed. Didn't get my car until 17:30. Staff was friendly though.

Was waiting for someone to come and greet me so I had to go inside so they can call someone to help me. They said it was going to take between 1 to 2hours for my car to be ready which it was the oil change. It was almost the two hours and I had my 15 month old son and he was tired. I went inside to ask the front desk girl if I could get something from my car and she said yes and she was very helpful. It took her a couple of minutes because she couldn't find my keys and I saw my car in the parking lot with other cars and I told her it's almost been two hours and if they didn't check my car that I wasn't going to stay and just reschedule. So she went back again in the office and they said my car had been ready, they just had to do the paper work. All that time waiting and mind you I had my 15 month old son with me. I would like to point out how wonderful and there's people just awesome that care about there costumers, I would like to thank Denize.
