I love the service they provide, tough it would be better if they didn't promise an hour and when they return your vehicle to you is another hour.

The service seemed to take a long time just to change a right rear turn signal lamp (bulb). Plus I did not get my complimentary car wash. The service tech was polite and helpful. He helped me as soon as I showed up.

Side mirrow adjustment worked when I brought in for recall now it doesn't work driver side door panel is very loose also hatch back worked as it was supposed to when it came in now the window won't open and the hatch back won't stay lock this not the quality of work I expected from this dealership and I will take this up to the CEO of Sierra auto group and gm corporate customer service your dealership had my trailblazer for more than 3weeks and cost me 28800.00 for work that feel was given in an enlarged text that took as a full pan of gear oil from my front differential it was only the bottom of a oil bottle I feel I was deceived by your service group and really don't think a vehicle with 78,000 miles on a 2007 would have both go bad at the same time I will be cc gm headquarters

Issue wasn't resolved. I was charged for steam cleaning the engine to find a leak. I have pictures showing the poor attempt to clean engine. Don't feel I should be charged. I feel you had too much work and repairs weren't a priority. Now I have to go back for more diagnosis on a $300 part that was explained might or might not fix one of the issues. Sorry, you asked

I picked up my vehicle during my lunch break. I did not have time to double check the work completed until the following morning. The side panel replaced in the rear storage area was not installed properly. There is a wide gap at least 1 1/2 inches wide were the panel is not even touching the adjoining panel. Clearly no one inspected the work before returning the car. It speaks to the pride in workmanship. This is at least the third or fourth time I have brought the car in for the same set of problems only to be sent home with no work done, things missed, poor work done or parts ordered or ordered incorrectly. Insult to injury I had to pay a part of the rental car to have it insured through the rental agency. Now I'm going to have to take it back for the work that is awaiting parts but also to have this fixed. By the way the finish panels on the third row seat left in the car are coming apart as well.
