Never dealt with Abe in the past, but he and all service reps are professional and polite. Covid protocols were present, service was done in a timely manner.

Please read the file associated with my account. Once you have done so you will understand why no one could be satisfied with the service provided. It is extremely important to point out that my service advisor, Joe was outstanding. I had even commented to him that people like him and the care that they show are precisely why I have been servicing my vehicle with Sierra Chevrolet since I first bought it from them in 2005. After 16 years of a relationship that has kept my vehicle in outstanding condition I have no intention of trusting my van with any other organization. I made a service appointment weeks in advance;the date and time was chosen by Sierra-not me.My was vehicle was not worked on for a week as documented by Service Dept. text messages to me.I had an appointment clearly Service was moving other customer's cars ahead of mine. That is unethical.Meaning I cannot trust this dealership.I will never use Sierra Chevrolet again.Check my vehicle service records I have been a Sierra customer for years.

Joe went above and beyond to make sure my visit went smoothly. He let me know the duration of my visit could be, pointed me to a waiting room which was comfortable and quiet, and informed me when my vehicle was ready. What seemed like an all day type of visit was only about a 2 hour visit.
