I purchased my 2021 truck over a month ago which did not have all the dealer installed packages on it at that time. When they all arrived I had an appointment and arrived at 7am only to be told that Andrew, who does the paper work had a family emergency and was not coming in so they could not do the instal on my truck. Why it matters if the guy who “does the paper work” is there or not makes no sense, why the service department can not do there job. I was offered by joe to have some “lube” guy install my cold air intake and exhaust if he felt comfortable. No! That’s unacceptable. The people doing these installs should be qualified and have experience. I drove 44 miles one way and took the day off work to get this done. I get things happen but this did not add up. So now I got my new appointment, moved my work schedule around AGAIN. They installed my interior floor mats, the performance package but when it came to the dark essential package it was not completed. They blacked out the Chevrolet on the tailgate but not the other chrome features. When questioned they acted like the job was done and that was all they were given. They had no knowledge as to what the package included. When shown the dealer sticker and the online list of package details I was told they would look into it. However this means I will have to drive out there once again, another 88 miles round trip, because they could not do there job properly. When originally discussing this appointment with Andrew we waited until they had EVERYTHING so I wouldn’t have to have multiple appointments. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this whole experience. I don’t understand how a large dealership can have such an un knowledgeable service department.
