Horrible service !!!! You had my car for 7!days and never even checked it out !!! I’m picking it up and taking it to another dealer for repair!!!!

When I called to schedule the appointment, I was told that the oil change price and tire rotation service would be $59.95 + $19.95. When I delivered the car, they were attempting to charge me more by saying the oil price went up. I told Edwin 3 times that please call me after 12:30 pm, I still got the call before 12:30 pm during my meeting. When I went back to pickup the car, after explaining again about the service charge, Edwin agreed to lower it done. After paying the bill, I went to my car to read the paper work, and I realize that they didn’t do tire rotation. No one informed me in any ways until I found out. I walked back into the office. Edwin and the staffs explained that the because my tires were bad so that they did not do it. They suggested me to change the tires. My car only had 35k miles. I know the conditions. Even if my tires’ condition is horrible, I have the right to know if the service was done. They have the right to notice me that they could not do the service. And, my Dad started the car, realizing that the oil level was still at 13%. I had to talked to Edwin again. And, he had the guy came out to reset the oil level. I asked for the refund of tire rotation, but they said they cannot give it to me. Instead, they said I could get a store credit towards future service. At that point, I was really disappointed and don’t have time to argue. I don’t want to waste my time for only $19.95+tax. My time worth way more than that so that I took the paperwork and left. But, it does not mean that I was okay with the result. I am s disappointed because I used to bring 2 volts here for service. And, I use to like the service here and suggested the place to my friends. The reason I am writing this long feedback is because I am still having feelings about this place and chevy. I am a check fan. I hope the best for this brand.

The door edge guards were not installed. Now I have to make a return trip. I called and left a message for Edwin after I returned home and noticed the doors did not have the edge guards. Edwin did not call me back to resolve the issue . I don't know if he ever received the message or not.

I made an appointment at 7 am and my car wasn’t look at until the end of the day. The problem was not fixed and I needed my car the next day so I picked it up and still have the same problem. If you make an appointment you expect the problem to look early enough so I will know what my options are. If you’re short handed then I should have been informed that you may not get to it the same day. I only have one car so I have arrangements to get a ride, I still need the display fixed. Very unhappy with the service dept.

Lleve mi carro a cambio de aceite de la transmisión y al sacarlo del dealer camino como 15 bloques ya no camino selos lleve nuevamente Erwin me traía con puras evasivas y no contestaba mis llamadas cuando lo asia argumentaba que el mecánico había salido de emergencia y no tenían otro después de una semana de tener mi carro encerrado con ellos Erwin se digno de llamarme por teléfono para Desirme que de la pura testeada serían 156 $dollares por hora y serían 3 las horas que tenía que estar conectado mi carro ala máquina y los tenía que pagar mejor recojido vehículo muy mal estuvo
