I’m very disappointed! I dropped off my truck on Saturday 3/20 I did not get it back until Monday 3/22 after I stopped by the dealer to find out what was going on. When I arrived I was told there was NO work done on my truck NO technicians came to work, but NO one called me to inform me of anything until I stopped by! Unacceptable, I lost a day of work and I still have this concerning issue with my truck. I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism. This is not the first time.

I bought my car in Friday morning. My car was not touched nor was it diagnosed. I wasn’t offered a loaner,
I’m a senior and I work full time. I didn’t want to rent a car either. For me, I would have been spending too much Money So I came in and picked it up this morning. The young man that helped me was awesome and considerate. I couldn’t leave it another day. I have to work.
