letter with a new Key. Glendora Chevorlet was very rude to me in 2019. Same
letter but they did not honor GM’s guidelines nor treat a loyal customer who bought 3 New GM Saturns with kindness.
Abe should be commended for giving GM a good name. When one loyal customer

The service on my car took longer than expected, was told that my car would be ready "tomorrow" 6 times over the course of 1.5 weeks. My expectations were not managed appropriately whatsoever and I felt that Sierra was dishonest with me. Upon retrieving my car and driving, the problem was not fixed. I have attached the below letter which I will deliver tomorrow, 3/8, when I request that the problem is fixed.
To whom it may concern:
I am the owner of a 2015 Chevrolet Trax (purchased July 2015 & has approximately 40k miles) and recently brought my car to Sierra for a service appointment. On Saturday, February 20th, immediately after filling up my gas tank, I accelerated onto the freeway and my car began to violently shake. In addition to the shaking, the Stabilitrak light came on and my check engine light began to flash. Per review of the car’s manual, the flashing check engine light is likely attributable to a fuel issue.
Given this situation I brought my car into Sierra the following day (2/21). On Monday (2/22), I received a call from Joe Jimenez stating that the technicians had taken my car for a drive, experienced the violent shaking, and identified that one of the fuel injectors, specifically #4, needed to be replaced and would solve the issue. During this call, I inquired with Joe as to whether this problem could be caused by bad fuel, to which he responded no. Joe, at the advisement of the service technician, recommended that I replace the additional 3 injectors and undergo a transmission service, which I agreed to. Additionally, I requested a tire rotation. With the understanding that these services would take place and that parts would need to be ordered, I was told my car would likely be ready Wednesday (2/24) or Thursday (2/25). The below occurred in the 1.5 weeks following the call:
• 2/22 – Joe called Dana; Dana was told car would be ready by Wednesday (2/24) or Thursday (2/25), depending on the shipping time of the parts.
• 2/24 – Joe called Dana; Dana was told the part was delayed in arriving (arrived 2/23 or 2/24) and the car would likely be completed Friday (2/26).

I was pleased by the assistance that the supervisor provided (Diane) that Edwin lacked. I needed a loaner and he had excuses why he couldn't provide or that the courtesy loaners were reserved for others. He stated that I would need to get a rental and pay for it myself. Mind you, that my car had a malfunction, still under warranty and only 8100 miles. It was held overnight. Not one but 3 days. When asked to speak to a manager I was connected by someone else because I was on hold for a while when I asked Edwin to connect me. I had to call back. Edwin, I feel gave me the runaround. Thank goodness for Diane. She had no problem arranging for me to get picked up from my job, taken to enterprise and had a car waiting for me at no expense, per Diane. This was the right thing to do as my car is still fairly new to have a major issue. I'm considering getting my Chevy serviced in Pasadena if I get billed for the rental that I was told they wouldn't get charged. We'llsee when I check my Visa statement.
