It would be helpful to know in detail what the inspection entailed and when done servicing, the courtesy to plug it in and recharge the battery while waiting for me to pick it up. I would have also like to have been notified of when the car was done via text. I did get a text but it was after I got there and though it was done I still had to wait 10 more minutes.

Edwin was helpful throughout the process. But 3 hrs for just a oil change. Seem to be way to long. When I pulled in I was first there. Was only 2 ppl waiting. 2 cars behind me see to go before. I had to go ask and they brought paper work but no keys so it just sat on desk for who knows how long. If regular oil change take 3hrs I will go elsewhere that won't take that long for routine oil change.
