Beyond being disappointed that a truck with fewer than 25k miles and an automatic transmission had issues... The service could have been better. Several misleading correspondences with Edwin (confirmed by service manager), failures of hardware (machine that reads error codes), lack of needed parts (trans harness) and a general sense that my time or convenience didn't count for much. I've bought a car from Longo and the feeling and service was decidedly different. The culture could use some improving. Edwin seems like a nice guy and I don't think the issues are all on him. I'm sorry to be so negative but that was the experience in as little detail as possible.

I waited in my car as indicated, someone else pulls up and is helped immediately., while myself and another client were ignored and not acknowledged....
Transportation back to the dealership after my services were completed was not done on a timely manner, basically an hour later passed by and there was no driver so I had to make my own arrangements.
When would call to follow up on my ride back I was hung up on twice, no one called me back....
