I originally took car in for check engine light on two weeks ago, had to take it back on Monday, picked it up on 10-28-20 and the light went back on 3 hours after i pi ked it up. I have to take time off of work againn to take the car back and more time off to pi k it up again

The truck was booked for a service and brake replacement. Somehow this took a day and a half. Edwin has poor communication and lacks follow up. I understand things come up and there are delays but this information was never relayed to me only hollow promises and built up expectations with no delivery. Joe did well to recover but I’d say the damage was already done.

I asked to have my windshield whippers nozzleS to be checked because they are not working. I was assured that they will be checked. When my oil change was done and I asked about the nozzles, they said they were not checked. After they made a call to the mechanics in the back and confirmed they were not checked the front desk advised me that “they probably need to be replaced” . I asked I wanted to check to see if it’s the nozzle or a hose leaking or broken that’s why I wanted it checked. They were quick brush it off instead of getting someone to come out and check it real quick like they said they were going to do. I expected better service and I am very disappointed.

Well I was charged for a negative corroded cable that was resulting from a battery leak from a battery I had purchased at the dealership. Even though I was told it fell under parts warranty, I paid it, regardless if it meant a $100 deductable. Thankfully, it turned out to be a little less, but not by much. Still, my thoughts are I should've not had to pay anything. The gal at the front was kind though...
