I made an appointment ahead of time but staff couldn’t find it. No offer was made to let me use a shuttle to get home while my car was being serviced - I had to call a Lyft.

Totally unacceptable that I got charged $460 for diagnostics and yet they still could not locate the problem. Your team is totally incompetent and you do not care about your customer. Now I have an unusable car that is totally unsafe to drive and Chevrolet doesn’t care.

Last ThursdayI received a message saying my vehicle was ready. I asked my daughterin law to pick up the truck because i was still at work. When she arrived they informed her that they could not locate the keys. After several minutes, she was informed that the vehicle was not ready. Why would I receive a notice if the truck was not even ready. This was a huge inconvenience for us. As of now, I have yet to receive a call for an update. Im disappointed with the service we were given.
