There was no communication. I asked to be called before service was done, and that did not happen. And the car was not cleaned. I guess you don’t do that!? If I had been told beforehand that the problem was not covered under warranty, I would have taken to somewhere else, because dealerships are too expensive on my fixed income. Friendly service, but serious lack of communication.

The car stayed there 2 days. No follow ups were done as stated to me on Wednesday evening by the service tech. I got a text message,was told that the car was being worked on..Wednesday when I called to see if my car was ready, they sent the person to the wrong address and I walked to the service department. As I told Abe, they need help

I thought when you first wrote up my service contract there were 3 things that were supposed to accomplished internal ac/ DC plug Cigarette lighter outlet and navigation, you had the car a whole week and could not accomplish these tasks .so I had to use the vehicle and you said you would call when the parts arrived at dealer,I never received and call ,come to find out parts were there no one called so I just brought vehicle back to get some closer on the problems,so decided to leave the vehicle and they said parts were there and they would beable to finish the vehicle that day ,so I waited never got a call saying it would be finished. the next day I called to see if I would be able to pick up vehicle they said yes at such time.i schedule d someone to drop me to pick up car ,thinking all would be done from previous contract but ,all they fixed was navigation and ac/DC outlet not cigarette outlet which was noted on the first claim and they left screws and pieces of work done on vehicle on floor,no clean up.so as of now cigarette outlet doesn't function properly ,very dissatisfied with customer service and the way they handled problems on vehicle

My car was not returned at the time I was told it would be, I kept texting for updates and never got a response. Once I finally was told it was ready I made sure to pay online in order to have the pick up process go by faster and it didn’t, I was told someone would bring my car around because it wasn’t up front. 25 minutes later I had to go and remind them. I usually get my service here but this is the second time I’m highly unsatisfied!

worst customer service , dropped off my vehicle friday because supposovley they had all parts ready and didnt get my vehicle until tuesday because we were waiting on parts monday i called almost at 6pm because i hadnt heard from service and he said we were still waiting on parts . i said its my only vehicle and he said he had everything friday he tells me "oh well we have to see what happens tommorrow " very unsatified and wont recomend to nobody also 1st visit gave me onfo of another vehicle due to wrong vin lookup very unproffessional

Everything was great. The only problem was I had to wait most of the day for a oil change. I didn’t have an appointment. And I was there about 10am and left about 10:40. And I didn’t get a call till almost 4pm. I didn’t make an appointment cuz of how far the appointment was available. Next time I’ll make the appointment And see how it goes.

Howard was great, no complaints about him but whomever worked on my truck didn’t just push the seat back but completely readjusted the seat to accommodate their body. I get if you’re tall then you need to move the seat back but to readjust the lumbar that is set and lower it when you’re driving it 2 feet to a bay doesn’t make sense. Also, I guess courteously washes aren’t done anymore. Lyft experience was good and appreciate the quick time response and again Howard was very professional.

Abe is an outstanding service advisor. I had to change my appointments several times due to work and weather. Abe was absolutely fantastic accommodating my requests and adjusting to my schedule. He provided expert help, assistance in performing the needed service and was extremely helpful, polite and courteous. It was a pleasure having him as my service advisor.
