Well,where to begin. I had my car towed there on the 29th around 2. I was taken to the the service office where I was told Jeffrey would take care of me. I waited for Jeffery to acknowledge me. Not once did he or the other guy asked me if I had been helped or that someone would be right with me. It was until I asked the person who brought me in there if he knew when I was going to be next. He looked surprised that I was still there and asked me to ask Jeffery how much longer. When I asked Jeffrey, he didn't know I was even waiting for him. He could've just asked me. He apologized and claimed he was not feeling well.I left my car and was told Jeffrey would call me with details on my car, he sent me a text the very next day, but he never responded to my of my text. I got a callback and was told I had to replace my neg cable, which I agree to do. They quoted me $523 & that they would oder part Monday. I didn't hear back from Jeffrey or anyone, so I decided to call the dealership,since Jeffrey wasn't responding to my texts. I was put on hold while they transferred me to him, when what a coincidence, Jeffrey was on the other line trying to call me that my part had arrived, mind you this is on Friday the 6th of December, a week later. It was about 4:30 & I still needed to call AAA to head over there to replace my battery before they could replace the cable. I wasn't able to do it on Friday because I had no ride to the dealership. I called Jeffrey back & he stated that it would be better for Saturday. I get there excited that I was getting my car back going to go through the worse experience, a nightmare. We're in the office getting everything settled, then Jeffrey tells me that it was going to be $6hundred & something. I immediately, stopped him by saying that my husband and I were told it was going to be$523. He then proceeded outside. Came back in a said that they had add an extra part. But told me not to worry about it. I'm sorry, but that made me mad & very suspicious. But that's not all, my nightmare continues. After, the price was adjusted, I paid with my ATM. Somehow my payment wasn't showing on the computer, But it was showing on my phone that it had gone through. I understood, that it needed to show up in the computer there before they could release my car, but Jeffrey was ready to write me off without trying to work with me or evening try to figure out solution. Thank goodness for Abe,he made suggestions, tried to figure it out to get me on myway. He suggested a longer car, even suggested for Jeffery to call someone, I'm assuming management and explain the situation, Jeffrey told Abe for him to do it. Abe,called and explained the situation and was told to make a copy of my DL and ATM. That was it!!! Thanks to Abe for being there that night. I hope I don't have to go back again.

Better service.
Your service was terrible. It took
Five and a half hour to so a regular oil change.
Not only that I took my car with 51510 miles and I got it back with 51512, can some one explain that to me.
I'm still waiting for the service manager to call me.

I have had this car for a year and have no problems with the seat belt until recently. No one checked it before it was written up for service. After 4 hours I was told it was normal operation for the belt. It is not , the buckle sticks on the belt. I insisted they order me a new belt.

I thought all the maintenance on my car was free including oil changes and such what was the point of paying for it. Paying 42 for an oil change is bull **** when I could of done it at pepboys for 25 and I only asked to ADD oil to my car not a WHOLE OIL CHANGE so yeah I'm kinda miffed
