Jeff Marshall was professional, attentive and calm during the “parts ordeal” that GM’s executives planned poorly for. Jeff kept his cool and showed his respect for his customers, unlike the GM executives. Jeff had no derogatory comments to make towards the GM executives, although, in my opinion, they deserve all negative feedback for their lack of contingency planning during the UAW strike. Due to the negligence of these GM executives, many customers suffered-through the poor workmanship of the GM product.

Jeff was a wonderful representative. He was off on Monday, November 25 th. I called 4 times and was speaking with Howard. He gave me the round around all day. Told me the part was in and they were working on my vehicle and he would get back to me. He never got back to me each time I called. He was too lazy to get off his **** and go back and check on my vehicle. The part was not in. My vehicle was in the same spot as the tow truck dropped it and it never was moved to the bay. He was an out right liar. Howard is a terrible service representative and I will never have any further communication with him. He made my experience at Sierra horrible. It would have been so easy for him to walk back to the service area and check on my vehicle. His laziness and lack of caring gave me wrong information and a run around all day. I am surprised he still has a job working with the public

The customer service provided this last time was substantially better. I have been going to other Chevy dealers because the customer service at Sierra was so bad. The car delivered for repairs Sept. 9th completed service 11/21. 2 months and 12 days . Needed parts were approved by AAA the time. After 53 days they lifted it up and discovered more needed parts which delayed the car for21 more days. The car is leased GM financial also I have to pay for the lease for all this period, pay for the insurance and pay for the registration. This in addition to consuming our other new car 3000 miles (wear and tear). In addition to all the frustration and the inconvenience of using one car for three persons including blind daughter needed medical attentions.
I submitted our complaint and request for compensation to Ms.Diane Breteton the service Manager. Which have all our damages due to negligence in inspecting the car when arrived to Sierra Chet. By the way the car Delivered to me very Dirty after 72 days in your facility.
