I was told that if I go to any Chevy dealership to get an oil change I can get free diagnostic testicular for my check engine light. So I show up to the dealership to find out that I had received fase info. I asked for an oil change and next thing you know I’m quoted over $100.00 I said no way I just saw the oil change is cheaper how many quarts of oil are you using? The response was 6 which the price was 49.99 so I said this is the premise the service tech said no i have to charge you 59.99 and didn’t give me a reason as to why... when I asked why I was quoted over $100.00 service tech said oh it was a different oil change... I think we as customers should have all services offered and we pick what is best for our budget. I figured I’d go get serviced at a Chevy dealership because I trust in them after this I’m not sure how much I can trust their services

Abe was great, however, the Lyft driver for my return to pickup my car cancelled on me. Had problems getting in touch with Sierra Service, call kept disconnecting. Asked the operator not to hangup on me because of the problem I was having trying to reach the Service Department. She hung up on me. I was distraught due to the lateness of the hour. Not a happy camper.

I had an appointment. Dropped off my vehicle on time. I stated that I needed to run an errand and asked how long the service would take. I was advised approximately 1 hours and 45 minutes. I returned approximately 2 hours later and was told it would be another 45 minutes. After an hour I was told another 30-40 minutes. I became upset because I had an appointment and still had to wait over 4 hours. Jeff’s excuse was that people waiting received priority. Then his excuse was that he was short technicians. Then they were on their lunch break. Unacceptable. I won’t be back!!!

The service was terrible, no one clearly communicates with each other regarding customers, Monday took me 27 min to book an an appointment after the lady in the service dept hung up on me, they told me it would be ready by 1pm which they were trying to get me to give them more time because they got “busy” I had an appointment and had to work so I needed my car, they ended up being ready at 130 -mind you they did not offer a shuttle or anything no courtesy or politeness to customer - then the guy tried to charge me $179 for a $49.95 oil change - they charged me the price if something like a filter he said by “accident” - probably they were trying to see if they could hustle money out of me- but I quickly caught the over charge. To top off my experience the guy handed me the key and said it’s in the customer parking lot - after I walked around my car was no where they had to go “find” it this place is a JOKE and so is the GM running it !!!

I was overall satisfied from managment (Keith) down to his team (Howard & Ana) on the service that was extended out to me during my visit. They took really great care of me and made sure that my car was completely cared for and I couldn't ask for anything more. Nikita

I interacted today with a few employees at Sierra Chevrolet in Monrovia. Although everyone treated me well, Abe demonstrated customer service that was above and beyond the rest, making sure I knew what was happening with my car at every step of the way, and communicating to me in a cheerful and expert manner.
