Worst experience ever!! for it to be my first time there. Horrible customer service by Howard he is just a rude, unprofessional staff, that needs training on the new technology, or maybe just didn't want to help me. Don't think I will ever go back to you guys. Rather drive to another Chevrolet dealer. You need details look at my Yelp review. I will make sure my word spread around with friends and colleagues to never go to your facility.

The service itself was fine, but the new use of Lyft instead of the inhouse van took forever to pick me up to take me home. There was confusion about the pickup location on the large, hot car lot, and one employee asked did I expect a red carpet when I asked where to find the vehicle after I'd been in the sun for 20 mins.

The service provider was paged. Another adviser help. I inquired about what was needed and was handed a cadges sheet by the advisor that did help. I asked if my car could be washed and was told that would take hours so “no” a wash would not be provided. I checked in at 1:30 or so at 2:45 I inquired about how long it would take and was advised the car was ready a bill was generated . After walking the service area I finally located my car only to find paper on the floor and plastic on the seat. Unfortunately I felt leaving the service was subpar today and will consider Felix Chevrolet next time

Came in for a non-appointment oil change and tire rotation, was told an hour and 15 minutes or so so I came back about an hour and a half later. After some time I found Jeff and he went and checked and it had not been started yet. He told me it would be somewhere around 45 minutes and I said so realistically another hour and a half? So I simply asked for my vehicle back and it took around 20 minutes for them to unbury it and bring it around. I was told they only had one loop take this particular day and for a rather large business that really surprises me. No communication lack of information no car washes A waste of about half my day which was the worst part so I guess losing two dollars in cash from my center consul really was not the worst part of the whole visit. Never again.

Extremely satisfied with Jeff. He is simply the best.
However. I made an appt for friday and arrived but the shop was too busy to look at the issue that day. I needed a car and there were not loaners. Knowing the warranty I purchased at sierra covered the rental, I asked for enterprise and got a rental.
The shop did not assess my car until Monday and did not have the part. With GM on strike i was delayed. My car was not ready until 5:40pm on tuesday and could not make it before closing.
The warranty is refusing to cover the entire rental car and I'm on the hook for the majority of costs.
This could've been avoided had the dealership had a loaner, been clearer when i purchased the warranty or most importantly did not overschedule or have greater urgency to assess the issue which was covered under warranty. I made the appointment and should've been addressed first. The added cost are frustrating but in NO way a reflection of the service from Jeff which has been fantastic.

Honestly. I wouldn't take my car here but I didn't know where else to go. I took my car in on Friday and needed a battery. I played phone tag with Jeff so much. He would never tell me what was needed on the voicemail and when I called back I would either be waiting a long time to talk to him or they say he would call me back and hours would pass and I wouldn't here from him. He told me I needed a new cabin filter and I said to do it but when I went to pick up my car he said I didn't need it. I just felt that communication was really inefficient. I also asked that when I picked up the car that it would be charged up, and it wasn't. He accidentally charged me way more and then had to refund me. Everything seemed very unorganized and I paid for that with the amount of time I was without a car. I eventually got my car back on Thursday. I remember I've worked with Jeff in the past, and I did not have a good experience then either. Also. I got texts from him, but when I tried to respond through text, I never got an answer from him. So again, inefficient communications and what seemed like a very unorganized process dealing with Jeff and Sierra Chevrolet. Oh also. I think $400 for a battery and install sounds outrageous in price. I feel like I totally got screwed but I don't have anywhere else to go. I would only come back to Sierra as a.last resort.

Since I have been at another chevy service at community Chevrolet very in professional and no custmer service they have a big ego the service department people. Very rude. Our first experience with the service department today was not what we were expecting. When my husband dropped off the car he needed a ride back home so the service consultant told him he was arranging for a lyft driver to pick him up, but after waiting for 25 minutes he decided to get his own Uber to get back home which arrived within a few minutes. We were also very disappointed that our car was not washed after the service because our experience with every other service department includes a car wash as a courtesy. We will certainly be thinking twice about returning for our future services.

It took 30 minutes to finally get my car from the time I walked into the service department. Abe thought I was waiting for another service man.. I had to approach him for assistance after I had been waiting for almost
10 minutes. But then 15 minutes after the porter was called to retrieve my vehicle...he walks into the service department to state that he couldn’t find my keys!!! How do u misplace keys? I’’ve now been waiting for 25 minutes. Finally get my vehicle 5 minutes later but it took too long. I had a similar experience last time I went in. I won’t be returning. Thank you.
