I was not made aware Chevy would be willing to call a Lyft for me and had to Uber both ways. My Chevy volt was held 3 days and second day no one would even call me back. Finally I was given a $800 estimate for one button. Usually Sierra Chevy offers a lot of benefits by my experience with Howard was less than great. If the goal is not to have customers like me come in again, Sierra Chevy is doing a great job

The associated were great. The only thing I was not happy about is when I got my car the plastic on my seating was not removed and my car was not washed as a courtesy. Other than that the associated who assisted me were great.

The total that was asked for was more then what was quoted in the beginning. It was finally adjusted but that goes to show that the price of the fix is not a flat rate and is adjusted to take advantage of costumers. There was no water or refreshments offered even though there was a place for them in the waiting room. Waited for close to 3 and a half hours for a light to be replaced.

I was so excited when I walked in and saw Jeffrey working today. I am always greeted with a smile, and well taken care of. I was going to take a shuttle home, and was so grateful that Jeffrey got my car in immediately. I was able to wait. I will continue to get my car serviced at this location, although I am moving 20 miles away, and there is a dealership/service closer to my new home. Thank Jeffrey for me. Kimberly R

Waited 5 hours for a simple oil change. Car was booked in at 8.00am, and not even started until we complained to the service manager at 12.35pm. The customer service culture at Sierra is always poor. In the morning people are wandering around but don’t seem to be productive. We have had 3 cars on lease from here, as it is close to our home, but frankly we will go somewhere else for cars & service next time.
