When I drove in the dealership, someone was there to take my information. I was asked to see a service manager in the office. He took note of my request. An hour and a half later, my car was done. I met again with the service representative and he went over a check list of items covered by the mechanic. This is the best service I have had from Sierra Chevrolet.
