I took my truck in at 9 in the morning for a scheduled appointment. This is the second time I take my truck in. None of the issues that I have with the truck were resolved. I was informed after business hours that my car was going to be held overnight and that they could not get me a loaner car. This was an inconvenience because now I have to take my car in yet again for the third time.

On arrival for my appointment, there are 3 Sierra staff present. Two seem to be extremely interested in searching their computers and one seems to be working with a customer. One of them never escapes his computer. The guy who’s helping people tells me that my appointment is with the man near the front window who appears to be deeply involved with his computer. He will get to me when he finishes searching his computer for materials unknown. Finally he asks if he can help me. Of course he has to enter an amazing amount of material in his computer related to my appointment prompting me to wonder what could possibly take this long and require this much computer entry.
My overall impression is why are there so few people staffing this area; why is my guy initially doing a computer search but not offering to help me and why when he gets to me does he need so much computer entry regarding my vehicle, etc.
So, my vehicle is done and I go in to pay where I always go when my Honda is serviced. I’m told that I need to back out to where I started this morning. This proceeds without a problem. Then I ask where is my volt (my Honda was always brought to the front area). However my Chevrolet guy says my car is parked out front and waves in that direction. There are quite a number of cars out there in the direction of his general wave but I eventually find mine.
In summary, very inefficient and understaffed.

I had dropped off my car to get serviced on Friday morning at 8am I then got a call on Saturday around 11am I thought they were calling to let me know my car was ready but they had not even started to do any work on my car . I got upset and told them I would be picking up my car since they had just wasted a whole day. This was unacceptable and I would never take my car to be serviced here.

I will not ever bring my car to Sierra Chevrolet for service. Jeff was cool and indifferent to my predicament. I was charged over $800 for service, and was without a car door 3 days, only to pick up my car and see the service light Stilton and a code still showing. I am in a financial bind. I asked if there was anything to be done to help me with my situation, as I explained the bill was wiping out my savings and I currently have no income, as my medical disability ran out. (I had a ruptured brain aneurysm). I felt as though I was talking to the debt collector whose heard too many hard luck stories. This was the worst experience I’ve experienced, and I’m mad and hurt. The waiting to find out what was wrong with my car was like waiting for a cancer diagnosis, I was scared and nervous, not being told updates , ( I had to call every time) every time I asked how much it was going to cost, I was told I had to wait. It was awful, and I wil post how awful on yelp and every place I can
