Abe was great, he helped me through this nonsense. I had an appointment on Saturday at 10am and I was waiting for 2 hours at the dealership for oil change and Abe told me that service guys are busy and need to go to lunch and they won’t be back and probably will take another 2-3 hours. Appointment was at 10 am and I had to leave the dealership with no oil change because I didn’t have time to wait another 3 hours. And I asked for shuttle, was told there was no shuttle. That made my decision to just leave. Unsatisfied, least to say. What’s the point of making an appointment if I have to wait for 5 hours???
