There is little communication between front and back office in service. Abe confirmed with me multiple times that the part I needed had arrived and my car was ready, and then suddenly it wasn’t. And this happened over the course of a week. I bought this car a month ago from Sierra Chevrolet and it didn’t have a front license plate frame, which is illegal. So you kept my car for two weeks but that wasn’t long enough for the part to arrive. BUT you didn’t tell me that. You told me over and over that my car was ready and then wait no it’s not yet. It’ll be ready tomorrow. So I confirm MULTIPLE times with Abe and other staff that the car will be ready on Saturday. So I come in on Saturday. So the front office can’t find the paperwork. So they finally get my car from the back. Still, nothing has been done to it. Turns out the part never arrived. This doesn’t even include the squeaking brakes, which the service tech heard and verified, which my brother heard and verified, which the back office in service swears don’t exist. I think my car sat there for two weeks and they didn’t do anything to it. I don’t think I will buy again from Sierra let alone use its service department. I am incredibly disappointed.

My vehicle was taken in due to 2 sensor light alerts that had popped up. I was forced to pay for car rentals because it was kepted there for 3 wks. I had also requested for a transmission flush and when I went to pick up my vehicle after being told it was ready we came to find out the transmission flush had not been done. My vehicle was then kept for a additional 5 days. We brought it home to find transmission fluid all o we my vehicle and now my problems included my vehicle leaking. I did not have this leak prior to the dealer visit needless to say I paid 3,000 for this job

Jeff helped a long nagging problem with the radio not functioning correctly. I am thankful that Mr Marshall is back from medical leave. His persistence getting the radio operating correctly is greatly appreciatedand.
