It may have been a faulty part from GM or it may have been a mrchanic’s error, but I had to bring my car back after it had been “fixed”. And both trips took a week and a half each. Then I had a second bill. Why wasn’t that additional problem found the first time? My confidence is shaken; am I being taken as a patsy?

Thanks for everything. Just one question. Don't you wash cars that come through service? That's the first thing customers notice when they pick up their cars. Mine was really dusty, to the point where a tech had used the windshield washers to sweep dirt away. I just washed it myself. But it would be nice to get a clean car from the dealer.

Water spots left on from drying was disappointed it took all day to get a "detailing" that looked like someone just ran it through a drive through. Asked to focus on water spots and they left more from not drying it properly.
