Abe kept in contact with me as to the status of my car. He sent periodic texts which helped me know what was being done.
He also arranged a Lyft pickup for me to and from the dealership.
I was very pleased with his service.

You had my car for 13 days. I had to walk to work many times because I had no car. I had to depend on family and Uber. Not providing a loaner or rental is poor business. I blame the 2 week late delivery for the wait but I have been a long time returning customer for 16 years. And Your policy of not providing a loaner/rental is bad business. When Edwin was out I’ll No One Called Me With Updates on my Car. It sat there because no one was following up on the part.

Very disappointed I have been a customer at Sierra Chevrolet for about 20 years since 2002 when I bought my first Suburban there then around 2009 I bought my second Suburban from Carmax and i had that one serviced there as well then in 2014 I bought my 2014 Suburban in Arizona and I have been servicing that one ever since I got that car in my last service everything was good and the service person notified me that the tires were too low for an alignment which I had requested and this last Saturday I brought the car in for service of an oil change and to put new tires on the suburban and the service person notified me that the car is due for throttle body cleaning which I had all done but when I came to pick up the car I started it and the abs antisway and brake light was on I went back inside and notified the service person of the issue he took the car back to the tech and came back about 10 minutes later and said that it’s probably the module under the car and that it was ok to drive just to bring the car back on Tuesday so they can look into it when I started driving away the rear tire was making a grinding noise so I came around the block and brought the car back he then again back to the tech and came out shortly and said that the noise must be in the hub and told me that they will look into it on Tuesday. On Sunday I took off the tire and saw that the balancing weight on the rim was rubbing on the brake caliper that I understood but what really got me angry and I will never return there again was when I looked on line for the issue of the abs brake light and antisway service light being on it pointed to maybe the abs fuse may be blown when I took the fuse cover off and located fuse #9 as indicated on the video fuse # 9 had been removed and I saw the dust where the fuse should have been was cleaned by the act o removing the fuse. So I went to Autozone and bought a new fuse placed in the location where the fuse should have been and the service lights turned off like it should . You just lost a loyal customer for $ 2.50 for the cost of the fuse so I can be swindled into a new abs module.

The female manager I spoke to was very helpful and caring. She is super duper at customer service and had great demeanor. I want to deal with her from now on.
I don’t recall her name but she is Service Manager and I sat in her office and waited. She should be GM service manager of year nominee.
