Salvador was very nice but when I got my car back from service it had black grease fingerprints on the door, hood and fender. I had to clean it. The hood looked like it was bent on the driver side so it is sticking up a little. My husband will have adjust it so it lays down flat again. I don't think I will bring it there again. I think I will try Glendora.

Samantha Soliz is great! She handled the end of my “ experience” and she is always awesome. Prior to that I struggled to get in touch with the service department due to the phone system. It sent me on an automated circus ride. Not at all happy with that aspect of the service . Did not know what was going on with my car for two days. Phone system needs immediate attention. I’m sure I am not the o ly customer .

He handed over the paperwork to the girl in front. She turned a 1 minute paperwork into a 45 minute wait. I had to get Salvador to get it back so he can get me home. Both service manager and Salvador work got flushed down the toilet by that girl.

Being ,my first time to this dealership NO! Starting from phone issues, keeping customer informed(service advisor), no quote for repairs till I demanded .Service was pricey at the mercy of the dealer, no promise time,no parts on stock to compete work till next day. I, spoke to "Mike"( service advisor manager)to Express my concerns so no one will go through this experience ....

Salvador was very helpful, courteous and professional. He was able to take care of my service and provide me with the necessary and pertinent information on repairs and warranty coverage. The only negative aspect was the amount of time taken to complete an oil change with an appointment and notification that I was waiting. It took 7 hours to complete. I had to wait through the Corvette mechanic’s lunch period when I dropped the car off at 7:30 am.

Brian was great. I was very dissapointed in the service that was performed. 2 days after I had “Major” service done on my Tahoe it wouldn’t start. When we were able to get AAA out to inspect the truck they said the battery had to be replaced. Also, when the hood was open I looked at several fluid reservoirs and they were not topped off and fluid caps weren’t touched. I was under the impression that based on the service that I paid for, your service tech would have conducted a 21 point inspection and topped off all of the fluids. I figured that had the inspection been done they would have seen the heavily corroded battery contacts and that the battery was failing. At that point you could have informed me of the status of my battery and possibly sold me a new one. Obviously, that didn’t happen. This was my first and last time I will be using your service department. Unfortunately, your company lost my trust and I will be sharing my bad experience with others so they can be cautious when looking for service done on their vehicles.

They didn't have the part (washer nozzles) and said they would order them. I've heard nothing. They rotated the tires without resetting the software to track their new positions. They said they changed the oil, but either they didn't or they didn't reset the oil life meter. They didn't keep me informed of progress. Extremely dissatisfied.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced by a dealership. Took my truck for my 9:30am appt 8/27 and I get a call at 5:38pm that they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my truck and that they took the steeeing wheel apart and tent think it can be an electrical issue. You’ve had my truck all day and call me right before you close to tell me you couldn’t figure out what’s wrong and you can even get me a shuttle to pick me up? I talked to manager Ray which pretty much told me they are backed up for weeks and has no idea why they scheduled my appt and that I should basically take it to a different dealership. I’m baffled at the fact that a guy that really has no sense of understanding is a manager. Wow! I have no truck, no ride to the dealership. I live 20 mins away and you call me when you’re basically already closed and can’t do anything for me. I wanted a whole day without a car and had to call off on 8/28 because I had no car nor couldn’t get a loaner because you guys don’t deal with that and your policy is it needs to be diagnosed. So you’re basically telling me I will have no vehicle for days because you can’t sisgnise it. Overall this has been by far the worst dealership and company I’ve ever dealt with. What I shame that you’re taking my hard earned money and don’t give a damn.
