I was supposed to get a refund but never got it. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and I don’t think I’d come back. Although the purchase was a good experience. Service dept is seriously lacking.

Vehicle was with you for a week(beg Wednesday) with nothing done due to wrong diagnosis ...was informed initially vehicle was needed for 2-3 days to be do a diagnostic test before smog could be done. Made repeated follow ups on Saturday with ZERO return calls. On Monday was able to talk to service advisor Dennis who informed me that I needed to put 1,000 miles to reset "some thing" before a diagnostic test can be done. FYI although the mechanic stated that engine light is on..the vehicle did not show any engine light on.
