Lack of status and lack of timely service. I brought the car in 9:00 AM Tuesday and didn't get it back until Thursday morning for a very minor job. All other dealerships offer a complementary wash after service, Sierra Chevrolet does not. Customer service does not appear to be the focus at Sierra Chevrolet.

Samantha Solis did an amazing job. Having to deal with so many other issues at the time I was there not only with other upset guest and having phone issues with the lines getting all mess up. Samantha manage to Remain calm and very apologetic. Please let her know she did an amazing job. Having to deal with so many issue she keep an excellent guest service and a smile. My entire experience with the service department has been poor. Every person I’ve dealt with was too busy to listen to my initial reason for bringing my vehicle in and the communication has been choppy at best. The first day I dropped my vehicle off they were too busy to get to it, yet kept it all day and texted me at 3pm saying it was “on track”...it wasn’t even looked at yet! Complete inconvenience. The paperwork was innacurate and when I asked to speak with a manager, I was disconnected twice. And once I did speak with him, it took me three messages and four phone calls to get to a decent resolution. If I had another option in the area, I would not have brought my vehicle in for a second time today. I was told they couldn’t release the vehicle until the repairs were paid for but I declined all repairs from the beginning, as it was only in for diagnostics. That shows me that listening skills need to be improved. I requested an estimate for repairs needed when I was called and told diagnostics were done but it wasn’t ready when I picked up the vehicle and I had to ask twice for that estimate. I still didn’t receive and it remains to be seen whether I will receive via email as promised. They threatened to hold my vehicle hostage until the estimate was done and “repairs” were paid for. The few times I’ve been to the service department, they all seemed overwhelmed and continuously told customers on the phone and in person how busy they were. Well, that doesn’t work to make this customer feel payed attention to and appreciated. I feel like I’m imposing. Not a good thing for a “service” business. Get it together Service Department.

Please do not contact me again. This was my second time in for service on my fleet vehicle and I will never return. Your staff does not have respect for their customers time, they are rude and completely unorganized. They start service on my vehicle hours after the scheduled appointment and then have no sense of urgency to make up for wasted time.
