I arrived on time for my appointment at 1PM today for my very first service. I checked in and was informed that my car would be completed by 3PM as the technicians were at lunch when I had arrived. By 3PM, my car was not finished and I did not receive even one update as to how long my car was going to take. I had to check in with the technicians myself after 3PM. My car was finally completed by 3:40PM. Also, I was informed that I’d receive a voucher for a car wash which I did not receive.
