Everything was great except for one small thing - our car was not cleaned - we were told the car wash was broken and we were given a voucher to go to She’ll for an outside cleaning but we had to clean the inside ourselves . So, afraid we can’t give the extraordinary service vote . Everything g else was great though . Jayne F

Oil leaking very badly. Very loud gear whine in 2 and 3 gears. I thing you left the oil plug out and my transmissin is ruined!!! I have tried to get service but when transferred no one answers.

My only concern is I feel like something might be loose underneath, I feel a hesitation/clunkinesse when I accelerate from a stop. I will let Jaime know.

Jaime was nice l, but he spoke really fast and it seemed like I was talking to someone from Craigslist. I appreciate that he called me with suggestions about the car’s maintenance. However, it was a bit frustrating to be offered maintenance items which I had previously done. Some of these services that I had done, were good for 60k, 90k and 100k miles — so it was a bit concerning to hear him offer that stuff. Another issue has to do with some lights that were flashing on the dashboard. I specifically asked Jaime to look into these and please clear them. It wasn’t until I arrived to pick the car up that I was told there was nothing that could be done. I have to say, it was really disappointing as I the felt I had to prod about how to resolve the lights that were flashing — only to be offered another service for $490! My service had already nearly doubled from 330 to 585, within a matter of 4 hours! I am to say at the very least, devastated by this experience. I am completely open to hearing from a manager if anyone actually reads these comments. Also, I am not petty, so you won’t find me posting a reply on yelp or google, since I don’t think that those reviews are helpful to anyone. I like to give places a fair shake, and I feel I did that. Just disappointed as it feels that more could have been done to help me — after all I just spent close to $600 with y’all and walked away without addressing what I brought the car in for.
