Hi Candiss, Dierra thoroughly checked the electrical system on our car, and informed us that there was not anything wrong. However, upon attaching our boat, the trailer did not have any lights. We reviewed troubleshooting sights on line, and determined it was probably a fuse. So, we took the car to Timmons Subaru in Long Beach, and Chris found the problem— a f dead fuse that Sierra did not find. Everything is working beautifully now. My question: Why were we charged $140.00 at Timmons? We purchased a very expensive warranty with Subaru, and you told Doug that the warranty follows the car. Though everyone had been very nice, I would like an explanation for the charge. How do I proceed from here?
