Arthur was so helpful to me in taking care of my issues with my side view mirrors today and made the necessory repairs. I had my two miniature snazuer dogs with me and we waited in the newly renovated service building for a couple of hours and did quite well. I thank Subaru for the fine service.

Daniel did a good job, but it was not great. I would say my visit was an 8/10. I did not feel as welcome to the dealership. It could have been because it was busy and I was a walk-in. It seemed like it was too much trouble to ask for things such as a car wash. I was told I would have to wait another 2 hours for a car wash, which did not seem reasonable.
