This is my second time working with Jaime, for my service needs. He is the BEST service advisor I have ever worked with since owning my Subaru. He does an amazing job following up with the customer, and letting them know the progress of their vehicles. Firstly, Candice was excellent, the mechanic, excellent. The process with the follow up emails were great. Problem was fixed in a timely manner and communication throughtout was great. Who was not? Arthur. Why? Attitude.
During our initial consultation/drop off, he was dismissive of our suggestion that the problem with the drivers side door showing up as ajar was related to the car alarm. When we asked “is this red alarm button suppose to flash while driving?”, he said yes. Everyone else has said otherwise. It made us question his knowledge about Subaru. A better response would have been, “the alarm could be a possibilty but again, we wont know until we look at it. We will inspect the car thoroughly to make sure the problem is resolved.”
Arthur’s follow up and everything else was good. He managed our expectationss well by explaining this is an electrical issue and may take a while. He helped us secure a loaner car, was timely in reaching out and providing updates. We were just put off by his initial attitude when we presented the problem.
