I wasn't satisfied with my recent service. I brought my car in because it was having trouble starting and the battery would die if I sat in car with radio on for . I received a test from the AAA indicating that the alternator wasn't generating enough power to charge the battery but the battery was good. The service dept said the battery was bad but alternator was fine. Arthur wasn't able to produce the Sierra alternator test result but agreed to have me return for a retest. I need to make an appointment to follow up.
