Michael Warner's service was great and he worked with my timeline to get my car done. He arranged for my rental and that went smoothly. He was friendly and helpful. I have no complaints about his service. The part I was not happy with was that I got different answers from the phone staff from the booking of my appointment to the actual appointment day. I got two different answers on the length of time it would take for the service and if/how a rental would be provided. Even when I dropped the car off it was not clear that a rental would be provided. Michael was able to take care of that for me and I appreciated that. However, I would have appreciated more information on the process for this recall and more accurate information on the timeline from the start.
