I was silly and locked my car key in my car right before I went up to check in. Rafael and the technician got it out super quick! I was worried my mistake would make me late for work but they took care of me!!! :)

Jaime was great and very friendly when checking in and provided an overview of pricing and services. What fell short was pick-up where it was a different rep. They were nice enough, but barely answered my questions about how the maintenance went. Also, given the cost of service at the dealership, it is odd to me other dealerships offer cleaning.

We asked for the drivers seat to be fixed. The final paperwork just stated it was broken.
I asked for the electrical system to be looked at. The visit was less than an hour I’m not sure it was looked at throughly. Plus I asked for the one year maintenance to be preformed. I could not see evidence of that evening done either.
You guys were really busy. I understand but I feel like the visit was a waste. I just got an oil change.
