Rafael Ibarra did a great job! He greeted with a smile and he explained to me what service will be done to my car and when it was done he told me again what services they did to my car. He was very friendly and helpful too. I was having a hard time getting out of the parking lot he helped me by driving my car just to get out of where it was parked. Thank you very much Rafael. Jaime was the best as always. The crew on the other hand needs some work. Jaime asked them to leave the tire pressure as they were. They changed them to the same pressure all around and too low. Makes me wonder what else they may have missed or done incorrectly.
