I felt the service was very good. I was able to get in and out faster than the time quoted. The service mgr who assisted me was very friendly. However, I would categorize my experience as good/great and not extraordinary. For me extraordinary would be going above and beyond and things that would qualify would be items such as vacuuming the inside of my car or washing it prior to returning my vehicle. Things that I would not expect but received.
