I have only serviced my car here since my purchase in 2019. The service adviser told me that the drain screw was stripped from last service which was also performed here and if the pan is also stripped then it will leak oil. Despite last service came with a stripped drain screw, being honest and letting me know it happened was appreciated.

I am pending an approval from subaru on a car that had known engine oil issues....bought one from u. Asked all the questions yet all sales people said no issues w car. Within 12 hours of owning it it has been in shop.
