Service advisor Carl was great! He provided excellent customer service and got my recall and warranty issue fixed within the same day. My only concern was when I picked up my Wrangler, the mechanic reinstalled the passenger dash grab handle upside down and I found a small plastic defrost vent cover laying in my cup holder that was not put back on. Not big issues but it doesn’t give me confidence that the other major parts were put back properly. Please counsel your employees on these types of attention to detail issues. Thank you, Gerald D

We called last week to schedule an appointment for a recall. They had our car all day and when we called to find out when it would be ready they told us the part wasn’t even in. They said they were going to keep it another day. This is unacceptable as it was very inconvenient for us to bring in the car when they didn’t even have the part and they didn’t tell us this.

I came in because my brakes were squeaking, after having it for about 4 hours they tell me they can’t duplicate the sound and nothing was done to my vehicle. I go 5ph and brake and you can hear it. Doesn’t make sense.
